HPC Research Fellow Jas Kalra at Centre for Digital Built Britain, University of Cambridge

HPC Supply Chain Innovation Lab was receently invited to the first research scoping workshop at Centre for Digital Built Britain (CDBB) at University of Cambridge. HPC Research Fellow Jas Kalra represented the innovation lab at the event. This two-day research scoping workshop was attended by over 100 academics and practitioners. The scoping sessions led to development of some interesting ideas in the areas of 'Governance of Digital Built Environment' and 'Outcomes and Outputs sought by the DBB stakeholders'. Jas contributed towards the development of these themes from a supply chain perspective and highlighted some of the challenges faced by the buyers and suppliers in the built environment. These discussions provided a platform for discussions around some of the work currently being conducted at HPC Supply Chain Innovation Lab and potential collaboration with leading academics and practitioners in the area.
