Collaboration is key for supply chain innovation

 A newly released article by Jim Mcclelland from Raconteur discusses with experts supply chain collaboration as an enabler for new innovation; such as drones, same-day deliveries, robotics and other technological advancements. Among the experts is Professor Jens Roehrich, Director of the HPC Supply Chain Innovation Lab from the University of Bath. According to Jens Roehrich leaders need to define what collaboration means and how performance is measured. Further, he states that “Incentivising supply chain collaboration and drawing out benefits for individuals and partners to work together is key to securing buy-in from stakeholders,”
